It was nice. Staff was friendly. 3 pools with lazy river. A couple miles down from the main strip. Shuttle service to Excalibur and morning shuttle to grocery store. It also has it's own mini store on site. Overall our stay there was exceptional. Great family atmosphere.

The Family and I had a great quick little vacation here. We were in building 10 and the room was nice. Nothing was broken and everything was clean except the inside of the toilet bowl but I think that was due to the age of the toilet more then anything else. The pools were all working and we had a blast swimming in them. We did not attend the presentation although we were told about it. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Although many of the resorts pools were close see off for construction or because of glass being broken into a pool, we still enjoyed our stay in May 2018. The number of pools available made up for not having access to the lazy river. This location is off the main strip of Las Vegas which makes for a nice quiet retreat when you’ve done you’re exploring for the day.

We had a great time during one of our owners' party weekends. Many fun things were available for us to do. We are very happy with our ownership and all it has to offer.

Had such a wonderful stay here. Everyone was super helpful and so very nice. The room was great. The pools were refreshing. Great place to stay.

This review is specifically about the Vegas WorldMark. We had good times at other properties. We loved the condo, had a great time at the pool. The staff was nice. The sales people were not nice, Dustin (the sales rep) even got rude and short with us when we told him we were not ready to buy in. We wanted to leave he tried to make us stay and not give us our reward. He even ran a hard hit on our credit with out our permission, after we left. There sales team has proven not to be trusted and that they are pushy saying things "I have got bill's to pay too".

I love the resort. I would have given a higher rating, but they kept promising me that the lazy river would be open and they kept pushing sales on me. Unfortunately, we never were able to enjoy the lazy river. Other than that, the kid pool was awesome, I loved the rooms, and they do a great job with their shuttle to the Las Vegas strip.

The hotel itself is great, the sales people you are required to talk to however, are not. They told us it would take 45 minutes yet here we are at 90 minutes and counting and they are still trying to use different sales tactics to get their commission even though we have expressed we don’t have any interest at this time. I’d love to give a better review however we’ve been waiting here longer than it took us to fly to Las Vegas in the first place. Thanks for taking 2 hours out of our birthday vacation for nothing.

Don't bother making small request with hopes that they will be fulfilled. Our first day there we requested an umbrella for one of the tables near grill at the pool area, because there was one missing. First we called the front desk and they said they would bring it to us, we waited nothing came. We went to the front desk asked again, they told us they would bring it, and again nothing came. The day after we went to the main pool asking to borrow a volleyball for the small pool because our kids wanted to play, but were too small for the big pool. The staff said no so we went to purchase one. Later that day another family was playing with a volleyball that looked similar to the one from the main pool. I went over to ask where they bought their ball from. The woman I approached said one of the staff members said it was okay to borrow it… Overall it was an okay experience.

This world mart is on the south end of the strip has no casinos in this world Mark but has for swimming pools one is a lazy river but this month is not running because they are repairing the pool which they do usually every two to three years they fix all the pools it is a nice family resort has from Studios to 1 2 & 3 bedroom and penthouse rooms and is a nice place to stay with families. Usually is a 5 * visit but however this time there was some issues with the heater in the main sitter pool and the Lazy River was down for repair, also there was a wedding party that went on and a lot of people were not following rules with drinking and smoking at the pool and caused a lot of issues with the families they have other properties down at the casinos for this and they did not use this very after that they are addressing those concerns for that reason this time I rated are visit add it to Star.

Very pushy people didn't honor their promise of hundred dollars in gambling or food to listen to a presentation. So when you tell them no multiple times they ask you why in way that makes feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I say this because you take a shuttle away from the hotel where they have a bunch of people asking if you want get $100. For a person that doesn't know the area in which you're in to begin with to take you off site is uncomfortable and feels unsafe to me wouldnt you agree? Yeah they offer you food and try to portray that they're not trying to sell you anything but then they really are trying to sell something. In my opinion the time they hold aka 4 hrs or more to wait for a shuttle to then not get that said $100 gift is not worth it. So don't waste your vacation time listen to a time share pitch say it's ownership when don't own the property to sell it. So when your in Vegas I would tell those folks asking if you want said $100 in voucher, please say I don't want a time and keep it moving. That's what I do…

Absolutely gorgeous location with great amenities, not too far from the strip or the airport. I loved the massive hot tub and the lazy river. I also appreciated the very comfortable beds and liked that both of the rooms in our suite had their own bathrooms. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again!

The one bedroom was so beautiful. The bed was crazy comfortable and Murphy bed OMG I never seen one so comfortable. Oh… bed bug FREE. I stayed a week so I ran into few of the workers daily and they was Really nice and helpful people. The pics or nice, but the rooms are way comfortable, rooms are crazy nice. You can get the shuttle to casino. To think I only saw half of the place. Room and pool. I have to check out the rest next time. Bed bug free. I think they over check after you check out when I saw the guys in the room as I passed by. I love that part. Bed bug free.

It was okay. Rooms are pretty dated, we needed to call maintenance for 3 separate issues. They did respond fairly quickly. Pool area is nice. Beds comfortable.

I enjoy my stays here. Mostly because it's away from the noise. Love the amenities. It's like home away from home. Grocery store is a walk away and everyone is usually very helpful.

I have come gere every year since my parents bought into the timeshare. I LOVE this place. This trip I came with a friend and she was astonished at how luxurious it is. Bryce, at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, as were the managers, and the parking attendants. We will definitely stay again. Thanks!

The incentive was a $100 prepaid card. Sure, why not. Once we arrive, we're told to qualify for the card, we need to stay for 90 minutes. After the presentation, they changed it up again saying, a condition for the card was that they have to show us offers. Fine, show me the offers. Now, we have to take a tour. Anyway, this had red flags over it, and it was my fault for letting them change the conditions constantly. What was originally one hour turned into 3 (seriously, my 9am seminar had me finally leave at 1pm), not exactly how you'd want to spend your vacation. They say they won't be pushy and if it's not for you, they'd understand, but that's BS, they are pushy as hell, and they will try to guilt trip you, like, "So, I guess your families happiness isn't important to you. " Anyway, if they offer you the seminar, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS decline. The free breakfast and $100 bucks is not worth it.

Great spot for family in Vegas. Rooms were nice and big with full kitchens, and even your own washer/dryer setup. It's not walking distance to the strip, but if you're there with young kids that probably isn't an issue for you. Staff were friendly and helpful. The games room was a hit with my kids, though it was a little disappointing that some of the games were pay-to-play.

Real nice place. It was clean and well furnished. The biggest issue is a small one, no ice machines on location.

Lots of rooms in many different buildings with parking below and some outside the buildings. The rooms are euipped with microwaves, stove tops, fridge, dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. All the items you could ever need. There is a large centre pool, a lazy river with hot tubs and at either end at each end of the complex there is a pool and hot tubs for those buildings. In the centre of the pool complex there is a store and inside the main building a large games room. Something for everyone. Staff have been friendly and helpful. I have two cons: -The amount of room freshener they use everywhere. It is strong and pungent. Not sure why it is used so heavily unless it is to mask the smell if cigarette smoke that follows everyone back from the casino's. -The bed was too hard and they don't have extra pads but they did bring us a bunch of blankets and another mattress cover which did help.

WorldMark has nice properties and guest amenities. The facility maintenance needs of this location surprised me; the legs were about to fall off the dining tables in two different rooms, and the latch on the sliding doors didn't actually lock. This location is far enough to avoid most of the "chaos" of the strip, but close enough to enjoy. The shuttle service frequency and drop off is convenient; a grocery store, outlets, and a variety of food options right down the street.

Great place. Always clean and beautiful. Excellent amenities nice pools guests are always quit and nice. Checking in is always hard because the sales people are so pushy that is the only complaint I have. Anytime guest Stay With Me the sales people harp on them to buy into the program and never take a direct no for an answer.

Room was nice. Coffee is less than mediocre. Don't tell the guest services you won't be attending the "informational breakfast". All pretenses of caring go out the window. Not the best worldmark experience. Nice grounds and pool area.

WorldMark has very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom rooms. It has its own kitchen if you decide to cook and very big balconies over looking the pools. It located on the south, it's close to the South Las Vegas Outlet, and only a 5-10 drive into the strip for those who don't like it too hectic at night to rest in.

The location is fine, its far enough from the strip that you don't get the noise, and there is a free shuttle that takes you straight to the excalibur every hour. Within walking distance to Smiths Food and Drug for any needed items. The front desk was wonderful and let us into the room super early. They're absolutely amazing. The room is high quality and super clean. Love this hotel and one of the best worldmarks by far.

Frequent guest at worldmark. Can't think of a time I myself have had any issues. Always clean, comfortable, and really nice rooms. Any needs are always taken care of quickly. My first choice to stay when I go to Las Vegas.

This place is mediocre. It's very far from the strip. They don't clean the room unless you stay longer than 8 days. They are only interested in selling you time share. The kitchen is full sized and well stocked with equipment. Washer/dryer in suite. Water pressure is very low. Give yourself extra time for showers. Some lamps, different phone outlets, and a couple other things don't work at all. I believe this might be a ploy to get you to call them for repair or a room change at which point they will try again to sell you a time share. I requested a second set of towels and for the non-working lamps to be repaired or replaced. They said they would, but never did. I suggest staying at a Hampton Inn instead. You'll save money and get free breakfast and a room that gets cleaned and restocked daily.

This is truly a top notch resort. First we received a warm welcome, followed by information about the resort and some fun in the game room while our room was prepared. We arrived three hours early after our 6 hour drive and were graciously allowed to check in to our 2 bedroom unit with a Murphy bed early. So nice. Oh, every bed had 3-4 pillows… awesome! The grounds are great and you can tell the staff really enjoys working here. happy family vacation.

This is a decent resort off the strip. The rooms are nice and spacious and staff is nice and attentive. My biggest problem with this resort was the fact that you have to pay for Wi-Fi. I was not too happy with that.

Very clean and family friendly. We had an awesome time. The pools are beautiful the water is at the right temperature. Everything is near by and they have shuttles that take you to the grocery store and the strip. Made it very convenient.

Had the chance to spend a week here in August 2017. It really was a great experience. We stayed in one of the penthouse suites which was way nice! Our suite was very clean, well-maintained and everything you could possibly ask for. On the premises of the resort, there is a lazy river with plenty of tubes you can use to float. There's also multiple hot tubs, one very large swimming pool with a water volleyball net, some smaller private pools and even a kiddy pool for the little guys. The hotel also has a room with foosball tables, shuffle board and a few other fun things if you don't want to be outside. They offer a shuttle service to the strip so that you can easily get down there and visit anything you want to within a short walk. They go to and from the resort every hour so it makes it nice if you can plan well. I really wish they had a shuttle from the airport that would be huge for me. They also have the slowest elevators I have ever experienced in my life. Overall, we had a really positive and would recommend staying here to anyone.

This condo was very nice. The condos are good size and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The pools were nice and the outdoor areas were great to hang out at. The entire place was kept up well.

I've been to various timeshare trials. This would probably be the most ordinary one out of them all. Rooms are located on the outside (so the feel is more motel-ish than a typical timeshare) the amenities inside the room (for the standard 3 bedroom suite) was comparable to a Marriott Residence Inn. Location for non locals might not be ideal as the other locations closer to the strip (transportation is necessary) unless you plan on using the shuttle bus (which ends at 11 pm) not ideal for Vegas in my opinion. Overall the rooms were OK at best, parking is free, no ice machine, fitness center, pool, game rooms were suffice. But it's by no means a fancy resort.

We went at check in time and they didn't have a room available for us so we were told it would be about 15 minutes. It turned out to be more like 30. They are very pushy at trying to get you to go to a 45 min informational meeting which always lasts longer then it should and is nothing, but a high pressure sales talk. The sink in our master bedroom doesn't drain. Otherwise the rooms are nice. They do not offer free Wi-Fi.

We have stayed many times and love this property. The location is reasonably convenient to the Strip, but separate enough to feel free from the chaos. The pools and hot tubs are large enough to easily accommodate the guests, making sure that you can enjoy them whenever you want. They also offer hourly shuttle trips to and from the Monte Carlo making it easy to get to and from the Strip.

Very nice worldmark! Conveniently located to the strip. Efficient bussing system, however beware — there is limited space on the bus going to the strip and coming back. Be early to get on!

I had a very nice stay here this week. Brittany checked me in and was super sweet, and very professional. I didn't get the names of the other staff, but everyone was pretty great. The condo was very clean and updated, the facilities and amenities were very nice and very clean, and I overall would recommend (and I have been) that anyone stay here.

The service and rooms are both very friendly and top notch! Only problem I've had with my visit is we were promised free WI-FI but every worker there does not know the passwords, kept having connectivity problems, and one of the workers even gave us an employee passage but that didn't even work! This is just a warning to whoever attends this place. Maybe you won't have this problem but it is always good to be informed. Other then that the place is excellent with great spacy rooms but walls feel paper thin meaning if you have a large party staying with you. All in all, a great place with a couple flaws that can easily be fixed and shouldn't affect the normal casual guest at all unless you need the internet for work or specific reasons.

Nice place to stay. Clean environment a couple of miles from the main strip of bling bling Vegas. Rooms are rather new and the up keep of them is great. No complaints what's so eve. Good job with running this place. I highly recommend this place.

The resort was clean and the service was great. The pools weren't too crowded which is a major plus. Also the pools weren't too far from the rooms which is great since you don't have to walk forever just to get back. Also the picnic tables near the pools allowed for us to have fun chatting and eating. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The resort is very nice, but the high pressure sales tactics are rediculous. I lost 2 hours of my vacation becsuse the ppl at the front desk where you HAVE to get your parking pass can not take no for an answer. I have all the credits I want and will not buy anymore credits as mine are paid off. Other tjan that its great.

We did not have the resort-like feeling you would expect with a timeshare resort. No one offered a porter to help with bags. The first room they put us in smelled like an old smoking room that they tried to deodorize. There was some resistance, but they ended up agreeing to move us to a different room. There is nowhere on site to get food/room service. There are a lot of restaurants up the street, but you need a car. The bathroom seemed clean but had a lot of wear. The room was a one-bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean. The main pools were the best part of our stay.

Location away from the strip, but also away from traffic, and shuttle is provided so I like the location. Rooms are great, but I expected more from the penthouse than just added space. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Rooms are nice, pretty clean and roomy. Drive to the strip was about 10 minutes. Pools, spas and lazy river are pretty nice.

Amazing facility! Lazy river, two jacuzzis and a pool with kid friendly splash part. Suites are tasteful and all you could want! Bbq areas are perfect for family fun! Would 100% recommend and I was only visiting!

I visited the south las Vegas blvd location. Checking in took a little long but the room was super clean. And if I needed anything extra or had any request,, the housekeeping dept did an outstanding job completing it with a smile. I don't think they get recognized enough.

The room is amazing with tons of room for all 4 of us to comfortably stay in it. The bed is one of the more comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. The balcony is one of my favorite features of the whole place. We world sit out there and enjoy the evening.

We really love this Resort. The location is great, it has Transportation down to the strip nice little gym Kama great Pools and Spas, great game rooms and movie rentals comma the rooms are comfortable, and the overall hotel has great views. The thing that really made me mad last time I was there was the check in… After you check in you have to see somebody who gives you a parking pass and they try to push you to do a timeshare presentation. As an owner I told him I was not interested and she kept pushing me and pushing me and pushing me and would not take no for an answer. She literally asked me 15 to 20 times and no matter what I said she didn't care she kept asking. I usually don't get mad at other people but I really gave her attitude and an almost yelled because I was so angry inside, and she did not care about my feelings and about my own schedule. I have made a complaint to management there but it did not seem like they have done anything about it. If you can handle that it's a great place to go to and I would give it 5 stars. Before this trip I would have given it 5 stars.

The rooms are adequate to nice and the year-round pool is great for those with families. However, DO NOT attend any sales presentation while you are there. They requested and were provided our social security numbers to verify our credit and make us an offer for WorldMark and Travelshare credits. After 3 hours and telling person after person no they finally let us go and had us sign a paper saying that we DID NOT want credit through them or a Wyndham Rewards card. Two weeks later, the cards arrived as well as a notice from Transunion that we had opted into pre-qualified credit offers from them and a list of other credit agencies. When I called to cancel the cards, the representative made a throwaway comment that "this happens, sorry. " It took significant work including written letters to opt out of the credit offers to unravel this mess after we gave them an additional 3 hours of our precious vacation time. I repeat, DO NOT attend a sales presentation, it is not worth it. If you want to buy credits, find another way.

Just stopped by the world mark to ask a few questions efore booking our vacation. Th e staff at the front desk was very helpful!

Units are nice. But could use some upkeep. The unit we were in some one had burned a hole in the carpet with a cigarette. It was supposed to be non smoking! The Wi-Fi was supposed to be included and I spent almost an hour on the phone with tech support.

We've been WorldMark owners for over 15 years. This is definitely our most frequented location. There are plenty of pools and hot tubs and grills on each patio. It is located just off the south end of the strip and has a complimentary shuttle to one of the casinos on the strip (MGM Grand? ). The staff is helpful and friendly as well.

The rooms are smaller than your expect but the decor is great and feels like an updated apartment. The service is fast and repairs are made quickly without hesitation. The room BBQs are small and electric. Located next to a supermarket and a free shuttle takes you to and from the strip for free every hour till 1130pm.

We are in a studio and the room lives up to the worldmark standard. Location was easy to find and check in was a breeze. The staff are very friendly and always have a smile and will do as much as they can to make your stay is a great one. They have 4 pools and 4 hottubs. The pool and hottub we were at were nice. The landscaping was clean and nice with plants and palms around. This is our first time in Vegas and we will come back and when we do we will stay at Worldmark again.

Clean spacious room with everything we could have needed. 15 minute taxi to the strip costing approximately $20 each way.

Great rooms and lots of pools to choose from. Lazy river, store for last minute needs and goodies. Each building has its own parking lot underneath which was very handy! Shuttle to strip so you don't have to drive. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely come back.

Love our experience everytime I stay here with family and friends. Great facilities and anytime an issue does come up they take care of it very quickly. Yes there are more elaborate or fancy timeshares out there but also more expensive, that being said Worldmark is in no way cheap or dirty. I have stayed at the south strip location in Vegas several times and in Tucson once and my other family members have used them in other locations and we always have a great time. So much better than staying in a hotel when in Las Vegas!

The staff here is Awesome. Have stayed several times and ALWAYS was attended to. Even once when I wanted to hold a client reception in my unit (which, btw is not allowed) the staff worked with me on short notice to arrange a lovely alternate space. One of the best in our system. …

This place isn't the worst in town. It is pretty clean, the staff isn't really rude, it just fails to WOW. Asked the front desk if there was s shuttle to the airport so I didn't have to deal with a cab. They wanted $60. I took a $25 cab ride. Won't be back on that alone.

We were only here 1 night but it was good. After staying at the Disney world mark it was nice to have a staff who wasn't aggressive. Wish the pool was open later for those who have short stays and want to go see the lights at Bellagio. We are leaving at 9am so I will probably miss the lazy river experience. That's why I picked this hotel too.

We are long time Worldmark OWNERS and the staff locked us out of the main Barbeque and pool area last night for a staff party with NO prior notice at our check in. This event ruined our dinner, ruined our evening and ruined our stay. We had to cook our steaks in the dark after attempting to start a gas barbeque IN THE DARK which is clearly UNSAFE. To the management of Wyndham and Worldmark. NEVER EVER lock an owner out of a Worldmark facility and Never ever put your staff above your owners. There are many facilities in Las Vegas to reward your staff, NEVER do it on the owners dime. Shame on you Worldmark and shame on you Wyndham.

All was great. I was there 7 days and it was great. I'm going again in 5 months.

We've stayed here a handful of times. This was the first time we've stayed in the summer. I was greeted by Tia at the front desk. She was super helpful! She went out of her way to find us a nice movie theater in a decent neighborhood so we could catch the Disney Planes debut. We stayed in a one bedroom on the 4th floor of building 2. The hallway smelled funky but, the odor was not in the room. The pools are really nice except for the sunscreen sheen in the main pool (probably hard to help in the middle of summer) and the dead cockroach floating in the lazy river. Overall, the place is nice but, it does need some updating such as trim and finishes. The reception staff and housekeeping were super nice. Some of the maintenance people were not so friendly. Still better than Circus Circus. In regards to sales — we didn't answer the phone, listen to messages and requested a parking pass at the main desk. No way am I getting sucked into that mess.

I have stayed in MANY time shares, and this is BY FAR the worst customer service wise. I was not treated with the respect or service that I pay for. The night staff is THE worst. If someone gets separated from your group and you are the person on account you better be there to show your ID. As the owner on account and having been separated from my group on this visit (ID-less and card-less) I was able to give the info on file and get into my room. When one of my friends had the same happen to them however, calling me to confirm the info wasn't enough. I had to physically show up with ID to get them access to the room and when I asked why it was enough for me to give info on the file the night previous, but not my friend. The response was "because they (my friend) asked me to come" which was a flat out lie. Sorely disappointed with the service of this time share and will not be returning to this particular one. Look into other WorldMark's in the area before resorting this this choice.

Excellent service, super clean and super big. "Bad" is that is away from the strip, but that in turn is very good because everything is very quiet. Super recommended =)
